Concept

One line.
One night. One rise.

The Home Residence logo already holds the idea. Its “O” is a circle divided by a horizon. ÉLEVÉ lifts that line.

Below the line
Home. Belonging, community, the story so far.
Above the line
ÉLEVÉ. The view: light, sky, the next chapter.

The whole event is built on a single luminous horizon line that rises through the night, from the foyer walls to the stage LED. Guests feel the elevation before anyone says it.

  • Home, elevated.
  • See further.
  • The next level of belonging.
  • Sell the view.

With a 5 m ceiling, we don't build tall. The horizon lifts and the view widens instead.

17 · Event Identity

The ÉLEVÉ mark

A high-contrast display serif. The accents rise to the right like the building. Below the word, a horizon line with a rising half-sun, the Home Residence split-O lifted into ÉLEVÉ.

17Identity boardPrimary and reversed lockups, the monogram seal (the E's middle arm becomes the horizon through the ring), a signage cut for small sizes and in-venue use, and the palette. Delivered as vector SVG.
Chapter I · Foyer

The Ground

Arrival, belonging, anticipation. The Al Saraya Grand Foyer, dressed from the valet to the ballroom doors.

01Foyer overviewThe Grand Foyer fully dressed: media wall, teaser columns, The Onlookers, photo wall and the registration desk. A warm horizon strip at waist height leads every guest to the ballroom doors.
02Media wallA 9 m limestone wall cut by one brass horizon line. ÉLEVÉ sits above the line in a backlit dawn sky. Home Residence and HTG sit below it, on the ground.
03Logo photo wallA burgundy step-and-repeat with the HR seal, ÉLEVÉ, Home Residence and HTG. A brass horizon line at shoulder height puts the concept in every press photo.
04Photo op · “Your Level”A raised platform inside a giant brass window frame, set against a backlit view from an ÉLEVÉ terrace. Every guest photo looks like their own balcony.
05Photo op · “The Ascent”The grand staircase in cascading orchids and greenery, with candles on the steps. At the landing, a brass frame and the line “Home, elevated.”
06Statues · “The Onlookers”Faceless white limestone figures on rising plinths, all looking toward the ballroom: a father with his child on his shoulders, a couple at a rail, a woman shading her eyes. The empty plinth is for guests.
06+Statue · “Rise”A second sculpture: a figure climbing stacked limestone “floors” toward a brass ring crossed by a horizon line. It is the ÉLEVÉ idea in a single gesture.
07Teaser columnsNEXT → NEW → CHAPTER → HOME. One word per column, and each word sits higher than the last, so the eye climbs with the story. The uplight moves from warm to sky.
08Registration & QR check-inA curved limestone desk with a brass horizon inlay, QR tablets and hostesses in burgundy, set against an ÉLEVÉ fabric backdrop.
09Entrance welcome signageTwin limestone monoliths with a sky-glow crown frame the cream entrance runner: “Welcome to ÉLEVÉ” on one, Home Residence on the other.
09+Directional signageA limestone and brass totem pointing guests to the Ballroom, Registration, Broker Zone, The Ascent and Cloakroom.
10Broker Experience ZoneThe lower foyer becomes a sales lounge: an illuminated masterplan model, unit-type screens and consultation tables. Brokers can sell the view before dinner.
Chapter II · Ballroom

The View

Al Saraya Ballroom · 62 × 29 m · stage on the long wall · 5 m working height.

11Ballroom overviewThe whole room, doors-open moment. The main stage sits on the LONG wall, with LED windows on both short walls and separate 8-seat tables in a clear grid. Sightlines are 25 m, not 55 m.
12Main stageA two-level stage, 16 m wide. Presentations happen on the lower deck, and the reveal and the star perform on the upper terrace. Behind it, a ~24 × 3.5 m panoramic LED is framed like a window.
13Side LED screensEach short wall gets an LED “window” framed by limestone arches, olive trees and green walls. At the reveal, they link with the main screen into one 180° panorama.
14The RevealThe room goes dark and the haze rises. Front and side screens become one panoramic sunrise, the light bars lift to 4.5 m, and the horizon draws itself into the ÉLEVÉ logo.
Chapter III · Tables

A field of small horizons

Following your table reference: solid cream rectangular tables, no linen, taupe velvet armchairs, eight guests per table.

15Table settingSolid cream rectangular tables with no linen and a pedestal base. Eight taupe velvet armchairs, low white-and-green florals, brass cutlery, candlelight.
16CenterpieceLow, lush white and green florals with votive candles around an engraved brass ÉLEVÉ seal on a limestone block. A sky-gradient menu card rests on every napkin.
Chapter IV · Branding items

Every touchpoint, elevated.

Invitation to take-away, in one consistent ÉLEVÉ language. All text is set from vector artwork; none of it is AI-generated.

18Invitation · printed & digitalA cotton-card invitation in a burgundy envelope with a brass seal, plus the matching digital invite with RSVP for WhatsApp and email.
19Menu & name cardA sky-gradient menu card on the napkin and a limestone name card with the table number.
20VIP badge & wristbandA burgundy and cream VIP badge with a personal QR for fast check-in and sales follow-up, plus a limestone fabric wristband with a brass slider.
21Valet signageA limestone and brass valet sign at the hotel porte-cochère. The first branded touchpoint of the night.
22Take-away giftA burgundy keepsake box with a brass-foil ÉLEVÉ lid. Inside: a brass “horizon” bookmark, an olive-linen notebook with the HOME monogram, and a “Home, elevated.” card.
23Save-the-date · broker WhatsAppA save-the-date card made for broker WhatsApp groups. It goes out first and is followed by the invitation and countdown.
